Unhappy Customer

I was looking forward to this project - however I find the the drills are too tight of fit - I have never struggled as much as with this kit - the symbols are too kooky - what's wrong with using the alphabet and numbers - add other symbols as needed - the picture was what caught my eye - Iam truly disappointed with this kit - currently it's sitting on my crafat table - contemplating whether to finish it or not -
